Owner - Albert Spell
Thank you for considering working with TruBlue Total House Care of Cherokee County. I’m Albert Spell, the local owner and operator of TruBlue of Cherokee County, and I opened this business because I realized there was an opportunity to help people in my community by providing a trustworthy, professional resource for all your house care needs.
TruBlue is a full-service company that provides handyman, house cleaning, emergency repairs, yard/lawn care and seasonal services that are perfect for busy families, seniors and anyone who want the comforts of their own home without worrying about critical property maintenance. We also offer a monthly House Care Plus program, which enables our clients to hire TruBlue to provide regular, monthly maintenance; we work with homeowners, realtors and rental property owners who need to quickly get homes move-in ready and keep them maintained; and we have commercial services available for business clients.
At TruBlue of Cherokee County, we serve people and properties in Cherokee County, Georgia, including Woodstock, Canton, Holly Springs, BallGround and the surrounding areas. TruBlue is a locally-owned and operated company, but we are backed by an experienced, national franchise.
I grew up on a 160-year-old farm that’s still in operation today and, before TruBlue, I spent 25 years leading customer-facing teams focused on serving global enterprises. My most recent role was as the Executive Vice President of Service Delivery for Calero Software in Altanta. I also owned my own company, T3 Technical Services, where I provided small to medium businesses with sales and operational consulting services, training, engineering, program management, project management, process improvement and field operations.
Although I was successful in the corporate world, I was looking for a change. I was traveling too much – it was more surprising to my family when I was home more than I was gone. I also found that while I was helping companies grow and make more money, that wasn’t making a difference for me, my team or my community. I decided, if I was going to work that hard, I should work for myself and have a business that could make a difference for people in this community while allowing me to spend more time with my wife, Kelly, and our kids, Addison and Walker.
My journey to TruBlue started one day while I was working from home. I had always been interested in working in real estate in some way and, while I sat in my office that day, I noticed my neighbor had three different contractors come to the house. I thought ‘Wow, he had to coordinate with three companies to get this work done. Wouldn’t it be nice if he could have just called one company?’ I realized that might be a business opportunity, which is eventually what led to TruBlue.
TruBlue is here to help busy families and seniors keep up on the maintenance on their homes so they can spend less time on to-do lists while still protecting what is likely their largest investment. Contact me today and let’s talk about how I can help you and your family!
